We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in France to provide end-to-end leadership across HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. This role requires someone who can take ownership of their scope with autonomy and minimal HR oversight, while partnering with business leaders to drive organizational health. You’ll ensure compliance with French labor law, lead employee relations and performance management processes.
